And you thought we were done with the Spring Benefit!! We thought so too but donations keep arriving. So we are having a mini online auction. It’s open for bidding now through Friday, April 27th at 9:00pm.

Lots of great items to bid on including Cubs tickets, a trip to Mexico and gift certificates to local restaurants.

The end of they school year is coming and that means it’s time for Mini Camp and Parks and Crafts!

2012 Mini Camp

May 29th to June 1st from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Open to all children currently enrolled in the 3′s and 4′s classes
School provides snack and TONS of fun
Fun themes for this year: Super Safari, Bubbly Science, Outer Space and Rock and Roll
registration deadline is Friday, May 18th

2012 Parks and Crafts

June 4th to June 6th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Open to all children currently enrolled in the 3′s and 4′s classes
Will be taking walking trips to Johns Park / Tot Lot / Swenson Park
A creative craft and snack will be provided
Camp will take place rain or shine!
registration deadline is Friday, May 18th

Meatheads Fundraiser

Mark your calendars for the Meatheads Fundraiser on Tuesday, April 17th. Take the night off from cooking and raise money for our preschool.

Simply bring your flyer in with you and Meatheads with donate 10% of the net sales back to school.

Scholastic Book Orders

Don’t forget to place your Scholastic Book orders. Ordering online is quick and easy and allows you to browse books for many different reading levels.

Simply log on at https://clubs.scholastic.com to create an account. Our school code is HJW7J.

GMPS will place one large order on March 28th and the orders will be delivered to school.

A Spring Fling Thank You!

Just a friendly reminder – No school on Thursday, March 1st and Friday, March 2nd. Teachers will be at school on Thursday for conferences. Babysitting will be available during conference times.

The online auction closed last night at 9:00 pm and was a success. Thanks to all the families who bid we were able to raise a little over $8,000!

There is still time to rsvp to join us at the Benefit on Saturday, March 3rd at Valley Lo. It’s a great evening of dining, dancing and silent auctions. Looking forward to seeing you there.
